Why work with us
You can find detailed information about panel sizes, profiling, and quality standards in our current Panel Book.
Respondents are our priority
- We treat our panel members fairly, they are rewarded for any research participation, including situations where they fail a screening question or their quota is already filled, with the condition that they pass the quality control.
- We provide online support in the local language 24/7.
- The minimum threshold for sending rewards to panelists is reasonable (8 EURO).
- In some countries, panelists can also choose a reward from a rewards catalog or contribute the earned amount to one of the charities we collaborate with.
- We regularly inform our members about the results of certain researches and activities within the panel through newsletters, in the news section on our website, or on social media.
- Several times a year, they have the opportunity to participate in guessing contests and win exciting prizes.
- The reward for taking care of respondents is their engagement, loyalty, and an extremely high response rate (RR) of 30-65% depending on the country.
Unique recruitment sources and respondent verification
- You will not find bot answers or respondents with duplicate accounts in our data. In addition to monitoring standard electronic traces, cookies and IP addresses, we also verify our respondents by telephone. Respondents who do not pass the telephone verification cannot receive any invitations to researches or become a member of the panel.
- We recruit panelists through a wide range of online and offline channels, with approximately 30% of recruitment to date taking place offline.
- We also specialize in so-called 'hard-to-reach' demographics in the online population (elderly people, low education, small towns and villages, people with medical disabilities, etc.) in order to ensure the best possible representation of the sample on the market and to be able to satisfy non-standard needs of our clients.
Transparency and quality
- Panel management and data protection are in accordance with the standards and rules of GDPR, ESOMAR and SIMAR (Czech Association of Market Research Agencies with standards much stricter than those of the global association ESOMAR). Respondents can participate in only 3 surveys per week and 45 surveys per year, but the average per 1 panelist is only 15 completed questionnaires per year.
- We measure a 'trust score' for each respondent, indicating the quality of their responses (speed of completing the questionnaire, logical consistency of answers, manner of completing batteries, quality of responses to open-ended questions, etc.).
- Respondents who repeatedly make errors are excluded from the panel.
- We never use "river sampling" (inviting respondents to research when they are engaged in other online activity, e.g. in the form of banners, etc.), and we also never use "survey routing" (redirecting panelists to research other than the assigned one). All questionnaires undergo our quality control process.
Respondent profile
- We have 210 questions and a total of 2000 individual answers (data points) available for each respondent to fill out in their profile. This allows us to efficiently target surveys and obtain responses only from relevant respondents.
Technology
- All software (web interface and mobile application) for panel management is developed in-house by our developers. We have our own tools for project management, requests, and support. All data is stored on our own servers in the EU.
Customer service
- We believe that data collection is not about automated systems, but primarily about the quality and satisfaction of our clients' requirements and support.
